Where is my order?
We keep you updated every step of the way. Use the options below to check your order status and get real-time carrier tracking information.
1. Check your order status in your account
Sign in to your Humble Haven Home Store account to view all your orders, shipment status, and delivery updates in one place.
2. Track with your carrier
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link. Click that link to go directly to the carrier’s tracking page for real-time delivery updates.
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email with the subject “Your order is on its way”.
- Click the Track Shipment link inside the email.
- You’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s site with your tracking number pre-filled.
3. Didn’t receive a tracking email?
If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 5–7 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
